What you do

Shape and Govern the Product Shelf

• Curate the treasury product lineup from introduction through retirement, keeping it aligned with client appetite, market shifts, and regulatory expectations.
• Continuously assess whether existing offerings still earn their place, and retire or refresh them where needed.

Enable Flawless Trade Execution

• Support the end-to-end handling of client orders across equities, fixed income, currencies, and structured solutions.
• Champion accuracy and turnaround speed, flagging and resolving friction points in the dealing process.

Empower Client-Facing Teams

• Serve as the go-to resource for relationship managers when they need deeper product knowledge or help framing options for clients.
• Translate complex product mechanics into clear, usable guidance that supports sound investment choices.

Turn Market Insight into Action

• Track how our products perform against the competition and against evolving market conditions.
• Package those findings into clear briefings that leadership can act on.

Raise Client Understanding

• Lead efforts to help clients grasp what they are buying — the upside, the mechanics, and the risks.
• Step in on tricky questions to make sure clients walk away informed and confident.

Drive Change Through Projects

• Take ownership of initiatives from early design through rollout, including how changes are communicated and measured.
• Assess what worked and what didn't, feeding lessons back into future efforts.

What We Are Looking For

• A degree holder, ideally in Finance, Economics, or a related analytical discipline.
• 4+ years spent in bond trading, dealing, or portfolio management. Holder of Type 1 and Type 4 licenses with be an advantage.
• Knowledge with investment products (e.g. Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, and Structured Products).
