This role leads cross-functional operational initiatives designed to advance strategic business objectives and improve service delivery. You will manage initiatives from initial intake through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.

The position works closely with business leaders, operational teams, technology partners, and supporting functions to drive execution and organizational adoption. You will help translate business priorities into structured initiatives while ensuring teams are prepared for implementation and operational readiness. The role also provides leadership and accountability for assigned initiative support resources.
