As Manager, Operations Strategy & Insights, you will drive strategic initiatives that improve business performance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth across a large network of dental practices. You will transform complex data into actionable insights, helping senior leaders make informed decisions and implement high-impact business strategies.

Working across Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and field teams, you will lead projects from initial analysis and problem definition through implementation and performance measurement. Your work will focus on optimizing revenue opportunities, improving workforce productivity, strengthening forecasting capabilities, and standardizing operational processes.
