Manager, Property Claims – Commercial Damage Insurance

Take the lead in shaping high-quality claims operations within a collaborative commercial insurance environment. As a Property Claims Manager, you will guide and develop a team of claims professionals, providing technical expertise and support throughout investigations, file assessments, and settlement decisions.

You will help ensure claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with performance expectations. By monitoring key performance indicators and promoting accountability, you will drive continuous improvement across the claims function. This role combines people leadership, analytical problem-solving, and strategic thinking to strengthen service delivery and dispute resolution practices.
