Manager, Quality Engineering

We are seeking an experienced quality engineering leader to establish and scale a unified quality assurance function across a portfolio of software products. In this newly created role, you will shape testing strategies, introduce shared automation frameworks, and establish measurable quality standards that support reliable software delivery.

You will lead and develop a distributed team of QA engineers while collaborating closely with engineering leaders and executive stakeholders. Your work will help protect sensitive financial, healthcare-related, and personal information while strengthening product reliability and customer trust.

You will also champion the responsible use of AI-assisted testing tools, combining innovation with human oversight and strong data protection practices.
