Manager, SMB Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, SMB Sales based in Canada.

This is a remote sales leadership role focused on converting inbound demand from small and medium-sized businesses into long-term client relationships. You will lead and develop a team of Client Advisors in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. The role combines hands-on coaching, pipeline management, performance development, and strategic sales execution.

You will help advisors strengthen discovery, qualification, opportunity management, and portfolio selling across multiple service offerings. Success will be measured through improved conversion, sales performance, opportunity progression, and client experience. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while helping build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
