Manager, Systems Success

The Manager, Systems Success will play a key role in connecting centralized sales systems and processes with the day-to-day needs of local teams across a diverse portfolio of venues and clients. This position focuses on improving technology adoption, strengthening sales and marketing execution, and helping teams apply consistent best practices to achieve revenue goals.

Working closely with sales leaders and systems specialists, you will identify operational challenges, turn user feedback into actionable improvements, and promote greater independence in using commercial tools. You will support teams through practical training, documentation, office hours, and ongoing guidance.
