As a Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations & Enablement, you will own the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable a high-performing recruiting organization to scale effectively. You will combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, managing recruiting technology while improving workflows, data quality, and reporting.

Working closely with recruiters and People teams, you will identify friction points and develop practical solutions through process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled tools. You will also help establish the operational rigor and auditability expected of a growing public company.
