Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week) based in Kenya.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Marketing Designer to define and elevate the visual identity of a fast-growing B2B SaaS business operating at the forefront of AI search optimization. As the first dedicated designer, you will have significant ownership over how the brand appears across websites, sales materials, advertising, social media, and product marketing.

You will build and evolve a scalable design system while ensuring every customer-facing asset is polished, consistent, and effective. Working closely with the founding team, you will turn concise briefs into strong creative concepts and bring them through to production. The role combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution across digital and marketing channels.

It is ideal for a designer with sharp visual instincts who enjoys autonomy, speed, and seeing their work reach senior marketing audiences.
