Marketing Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Lead based in India.

This is a senior, hands-on marketing leadership role responsible for building and scaling a go-to-market engine in India.

You will define the local marketing strategy while adapting an established international brand and playbook to the Indian market.

The role spans brand, demand generation, content, SEO, paid media, partnerships, events, product marketing, and marketing operations.

You will own the marketing budget, pipeline contribution, performance reporting, and the systems that turn marketing activity into measurable commercial results.

Working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams across India and the UK, you will have significant autonomy and influence.

AI-powered tools will be embedded into content, campaign execution, reporting, and marketing workflows to increase speed and effectiveness.

Success will mean stronger brand recognition, a predictable qualified pipeline, higher-converting digital channels, and a growing presence within India's startup and investor ecosystem.
