Medical Assistant (Scheduling & Member Outreach)

This remote role supports population health and care coordination programs by helping members access important preventive and primary care services. You’ll engage members by phone, explain available healthcare benefits, and schedule appointments such as Annual Wellness Visits and preventive screenings.

The position combines healthcare knowledge, patient engagement, appointment coordination, and accurate documentation. You’ll work closely with provider offices and internal teams to secure appointment availability and support care gap closure. Strong communication and organization are essential in this call-center environment, where quality, productivity, and compliance are closely monitored.
