Medical Review Officer / Paramedic

We are seeking an experienced Medical Review Officer / Paramedic to support medical screening and occupational health assessment programs associated with U.S. government contracts. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to review medical records, interpret examination results, and ensure compliance with applicable contractual and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with medical leadership, operational teams, and external vendors to facilitate accurate, timely, and consistent medical reviews. You will also help coordinate daily workflows, support medical administrative staff, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

This remote opportunity is ideal for a licensed paramedic with strong clinical judgment, administrative experience, and exceptional attention to detail. You will play an important role in safeguarding sensitive medical information while ensuring that medical documentation and decisions meet established standards. Occasional travel to headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, may be required.
