Medical Scribe & Clinical Documentation Virtual Assistant

This part-time remote role supports healthcare providers with accurate, organized, and timely clinical documentation. You will prepare and format patient notes, transfer relevant medical information, and organize details such as medications, vitals, and other clinical data. The position requires an understanding of medical terminology and clinical context rather than simply performing general data-entry tasks.

You will also provide recurring back-office and administrative support connected to healthcare workflows. Working independently within established processes, you will help ensure documentation is complete, consistent, and ready for provider review.
