You will monitor AI-powered voice and chat agents, test new features, and help ensure automated interactions meet established quality standards. Working across customer support platforms, reporting tools, and AI technologies, you will contribute to more efficient processes and seamless member journeys.

You will also maintain operational documentation, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement meaningful improvements.
