Member of People Experience

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Member of People Experience based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the employee experience within a fast-growing organization operating at the intersection of financial services, technology, and digital assets. You will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, offboarding, internal mobility, and employee support.

Through your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence, you will help create a positive, consistent, and efficient workplace experience. You will collaborate with People, Legal, Finance, and technical teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate employee records, and resolve complex employee matters.

The role also offers opportunities to contribute to automation initiatives that reduce administrative workloads and improve service delivery. Working in a security-conscious, highly regulated environment, you will help build scalable People operations while supporting a diverse, distributed workforce.
