Mobile Application Developer

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Developer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and improve high-quality mobile applications.

We value practical skills, hands-on experience, and a strong problem-solving mindset over formal educational qualifications. If you have at least 3 years of professional Flutter development experience and enjoy building reliable, scalable mobile applications, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance mobile interfaces.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Implement appropriate state management and maintain clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
• Debug issues, optimize application performance, and ensure application stability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and application releases.
• Contribute technical ideas and continuously improve development practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Flutter mobile development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, and mobile application architecture.
• Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Familiarity with debugging, performance optimization, and application testing.
• Experience publishing or maintaining applications on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Pontianak, West Kalimantan.

Formal education is not a requirement. We care more about your experience, technical skills, portfolio, and the quality of applications you have built.
