Modern Trade Account Specialist

This role focuses on managing Modern Trade customer accounts and ensuring smooth, reliable order fulfillment from start to finish. You will serve as a key operational contact for customers, coordinating closely with account managers and internal teams. The position combines customer service, order management, supply chain coordination, and commercial support.

You will help resolve service issues, monitor inventory and deliveries, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role also supports promotions, product launches, business reviews, and joint customer initiatives.
