Momentum Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Momentum Training Specialist to develop and deliver engaging, effective training solutions for a federal financial management system built on the Momentum ERP platform.

In this remote role, you will support users of the Department of Veterans Affairs’ integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System (iFAMS), helping them navigate system releases, operational updates, and evolving business processes. You will design eLearning courses, instructor-led sessions, blended learning experiences, interactive simulations, and practical job aids tailored to user needs.

Working closely with subject matter experts, functional analysts, and government stakeholders, you will translate complex system functionality into accessible, actionable learning content. Your expertise in instructional design and digital learning tools will help strengthen user readiness, system adoption, and operational effectiveness.
