As a Multifamily Fee Compliance Expert, you will serve as the subject-matter expert supporting multifamily operators with fee transparency, advertising accuracy, and regulatory compliance. You will combine hands-on industry knowledge with research and analytical skills to help customers understand how their apartment fees are presented across channels.

The role blends solutions consulting, customer engagement, regulatory research, and product collaboration. You will lead product demonstrations, prepare prospect-specific analyses, and address detailed compliance questions with confidence. You will also monitor regulatory developments and translate complex requirements into clear guidance for customers and internal teams.
