About the Role

The company is seeking a .NET Developer with 3–5 years of professional software development experience to build, enhance, and maintain reliable web applications. This role focuses on C# and .NET development, backend services, APIs, database integration, and new functionality for an established SaaS platform.

Working closely with Product, QA, and Engineering teams, the developer will translate business and technical requirements into maintainable production code, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to ongoing platform modernization. The position offers a fully remote work arrangement, with opportunities to take ownership of development work and contribute to business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
• Build and enhance backend services, APIs, business logic, and system integrations.
• Develop new functionality for the company’s SaaS platform.
• Work with RESTful APIs and relational databases.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver new features.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clean, maintainable production code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Contribute to platform modernization and the continued evolution of the company’s technology.
• Identify opportunities to improve code quality, development processes, and application performance.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Experience developing web applications and backend services.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and software development best practices.
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS or multi-tenant software environment.
• Experience with Entity Framework or similar object-relational mapping (ORM) technologies.
• Frontend development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and React or Angular.
• Cloud platform experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy applications.
• PHP/Laravel experience is a plus but is not required.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

• Annual salary: $110,000–$130,000.
• Work arrangement: 100% remote.
