We have an opening for an Ocean Import/Export Operations Coordinator in the Freight Forwarding and Transportation Industry .

🔹 Key

Responsibilities:

• Generate and coordinate pre-alert transportation documents for ocean import and export operations with multiple Incoterms.
• Handle AMS and ISF electronic transmissions.
• Arrange and coordinate local and international orders for transportation.
• Invoicing and sending pre-alerts to customers/consignees regarding ETD/ETA.
• Ensure milestones, income, and expenses are properly recorded in each file upon arrival.

✅ Preferred

Requirements:

• Ocean import/exports operations coordinator with experience in freight forwarding and transportation (3-5 years appreciated, but not required).
• College degree in International Logistics or Shipping.
• Open and eager to learn new operations and tasks.
• Strong team player – we value collaboration and mutual support among team members.

🔹 Key Skills & Profile:

• Commitment to process management and responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and authorities.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills in dynamic environments.
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English (spoken and written).
• Additional languages are a plus.
