Global insurance brokerage firm seeking an experienced Operations Analyst. This firm offers competitive compensation, great benefits and many opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to brokers, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams throughout policy lifecycle.
- Apply knowledge of the insurance rules and regulations in each state and insurance product Atlantic offers, as well as general insurance best practices to review and validate policy information.
- Develop an understanding of internal standards as well as regulatory requirements to adhere to compliance requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in similar area like insurance operations, paralegal or legal assistant
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
