Operations Manager, CCA

Support regional commercial operations by ensuring efficient sales processes, high-quality CRM data, and smooth coordination across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Azerbaijan. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to keep operations accurate, organized, and scalable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting
• Maintain contacts, accounts, and opportunity data
• Coordinate operations across KZ, UZ, GE, and AZ
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and internal approvals
• Manage expenses, invoices, and operational documentation
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional actions
• Improve operational processes and reporting

WHO YOU ARE

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Experience supporting commercial teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience supporting multi-country operations.
• Knowledge of expense or procurement processes.
• Experience with workflow automation or AI tools.
• Background in technology or consulting companies.
