Oracle Cloud Migration SME/PM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle Cloud Migration SME/PM based in the United States.

This senior-level role will lead a complex enterprise migration from Microsoft Azure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

You will own the end-to-end migration roadmap, governance, coordination, and execution across a highly interconnected technology environment.

The role spans infrastructure, applications, databases, security, networking, architecture, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.

You will work closely with technical leaders, cloud architects, application owners, and technology partners to manage dependencies and reduce operational risk.

A key focus will be planning and executing migration and cutover activities while minimizing disruption to critical business systems.

This is a highly collaborative position requiring strong technical depth, program leadership, executive communication, and decision-making skills.

The role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to contribute to a major public-sector cloud transformation program.
