Oracle Financial Production Support Analyst

Role : Oracle Financial Production Support Analyst Location: Lynnwood, WA (100% Onsite - 5 Days/Week)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Production Support Analyst to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials and Supply Chain processes, along with hands-on SQL expertise for issue analysis, data validation, and production support activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications in a production environment.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)
• Oracle General Ledger (GL)
• Oracle Cost Management (Cost)
• Oracle Order Management (OM), including Pricing and Shipping
• Customer Management
• Supplier Management
• Strong SQL skills for ad-hoc reporting, troubleshooting, data validation, and issue resolution.
• Experience analyzing and resolving production support tickets and user-reported issues.
• Understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
