Organisational Design Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Organisational Design Consultant based in Canada.

As an Organisational Design Consultant, you will help shape the organisational structures and operating models needed to sustain AI-enabled knowledge management capabilities within a complex enterprise environment. You will assess existing roles, responsibilities, and workforce capacity, identifying the changes required to support new digital services and AI-powered virtual agents.

Working alongside a broader consulting team, you will translate strategic requirements into practical organisational designs, clear accountability frameworks, and actionable resourcing plans. Your work will ensure that content creation, governance, review, and maintenance are assigned to the right people with the appropriate skills and capacity.

You will also help define emerging roles associated with AI oversight, performance, and continuous improvement. This is a focused, part-time engagement spanning approximately two to three months, requiring strong consulting expertise, executive-level stakeholder engagement, and an understanding of organisational change in a federal government environment.
