Orthodontic Insurance AR Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Orthodontic Insurance AR Specialist based in United States.

This role focuses on resolving outstanding orthodontic insurance balances and maximizing accurate, timely reimbursement.

You will investigate unpaid, underpaid, and past-due claims while working directly with insurance carriers to determine the appropriate resolution.

The position combines insurance expertise, account reconciliation, detailed research, and patient support.

You will work across practice management systems and insurance portals to maintain accurate patient and insurance accounts.

The role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving complex billing issues and managing a high volume of accounts with precision.

You will have the opportunity to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to efficient revenue cycle operations.

The preferred schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET, with a supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth.
