In this leadership role, you will shape and scale paid social marketing strategies designed to drive sustainable revenue and profitability across multiple consumer-focused industries. You will oversee campaign strategy, performance optimization, and team development, with a strong emphasis on affiliate marketing and data-driven decision-making.

Managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, you will identify growth opportunities and develop repeatable approaches to profitable customer acquisition. You will collaborate with international stakeholders, affiliate partners, and internal teams to improve campaign performance, tracking, reporting, and conversion rates.
