Paralegal

As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting U.S. family-based immigration cases, helping ensure that legal processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care. You will work closely with attorneys to prepare petitions, organize supporting evidence, manage case documentation, and meet critical filing deadlines.

The role involves communicating with clients to gather essential information, tracking case progress, and ensuring compliance with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requirements. You will contribute to legal research, case preparation, and the smooth coordination of immigration matters from initial documentation through submission.
