Partner Account Manager - SaaS Reseller Partnerships

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Account Manager - SaaS Reseller Partnerships based in Canada.

This is a fully remote commercial partnership role focused on expanding and strengthening a SaaS reseller ecosystem across North America.

You will own relationships with strategic reseller partners, from recruitment and onboarding through enablement, growth, and long-term success.

The role combines partner strategy, sales enablement, forecasting, business planning, and hands-on commercial execution.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to help partners effectively sell, provision, bill, and support SaaS solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage stakeholders ranging from partner sales teams to senior and C-level decision-makers.

The position offers significant autonomy, international collaboration, and the opportunity to directly influence partner revenue and business growth.
