Partner Relationship Manager

Take ownership of partner relationships across North America, helping strategic partners stay engaged, supported, and positioned for success. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partners, building trust and ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently.

You will collaborate closely with sales, support, and services teams to resolve issues, coordinate resources, and strengthen partner satisfaction. By monitoring relationship health, tracking performance, and identifying potential challenges early, you will help create a smooth and consistent partner experience.

You will also support new partner onboarding and contribute to the continued growth of a global SaaS business focused on AI-powered finance automation.
