Payroll Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payroll Analyst based in United States.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will help ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery for a U.S.-based workforce while supporting international payroll operations. You will manage core payroll activities across multiple states, including wages, deductions, benefits, garnishments, tax filings, and reconciliations.

The role combines hands-on payroll processing with coordination across HR, Legal, Finance, and external payroll providers. You will also contribute to international payroll activities, year-end processing, and routine tax compliance matters. Modern payroll and AI-powered tools will be used to strengthen validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection.

This is a collaborative remote role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with sensitive payroll information.
