People Business Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Business Partner based in United States.

As a People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to people managers in a fast-growing startup environment. You will help leaders navigate performance, team dynamics, employee relations, and complex workplace challenges. The role gives you ownership of performance management and compensation strategies as the organization continues to scale.

You will also shape manager development programs and improve people-related processes and resources. This position requires strong judgment, independence, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with fairness and consistency. Reporting to the VP of People, you will collaborate closely with the broader People Operations team and company leadership.
