People Generalist

Join a global People team supporting business functions and HR Business Partners across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. In this role, you will help translate people strategies into effective programs, consistent processes, and meaningful employee experiences. You will advise managers on performance management, analyze workforce data, and turn insights into recommendations that support business decisions.

Working closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to organizational changes, talent initiatives, and recurring people programs.
