Performance Creative Strategist — Freelance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Creative Strategist — Freelance based in Spain.

As a Performance Creative Strategist, you will combine creative thinking, copywriting, and performance marketing to develop advertising concepts that capture attention and drive measurable results. You will turn audience insights and business objectives into compelling hooks, concepts, messaging, and conversion-focused creative.

Working closely with a graphic designer and marketing team, you will guide ideas from initial hypothesis through production, testing, and optimisation. Data will play a central role as you use campaign metrics to identify opportunities and shape new creative experiments. You will also research trends, competitors, formats, and emerging opportunities across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

The role offers significant autonomy and requires strong creative judgement, organisation, and a results-oriented mindset.
