Performance Marketing Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing Partner based in Brazil.

In this role, you will drive profitable growth by combining paid acquisition, website monetization, and data-driven optimization to maximize revenue and return on advertising spend. You will manage paid traffic campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, making strategic investment decisions based on profitability rather than traffic volume alone.

Using performance analytics, you will identify high-impact opportunities, scale successful campaigns, and optimize underperforming activities to improve financial results. You will also take ownership of website monetization, experimenting with advertising placements, navigation, affiliate offers, and content structures to increase revenue per user session.

AI tools and automation will be central to your approach, helping you scale campaigns, generate content, and streamline workflows while maintaining quality and profitability.
