Performance Monitoring Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Performance Monitoring Engineer to strengthen the performance, availability, and reliability of business-critical applications across cloud and hybrid environments. In this role, you will drive observability initiatives using Dynatrace, improving monitoring coverage, alert accuracy, dashboards, and service performance insights.

You will collaborate with international application development, DevOps, platform engineering, and operations teams to identify issues, investigate root causes, and improve service resilience. The position combines hands-on monitoring administration, performance analysis, automation, and continuous improvement.

You will also help establish monitoring standards, define service objectives, and integrate observability into development and operational workflows.
