This is a fully remote opportunity focused on customer success within a SaaS environment.

You will manage a portfolio of customers during onboarding, supporting adoption, engagement, and successful implementation.

The role combines customer relationship management with data-driven prioritization, automation, and emerging AI capabilities.

You will work closely with customers, implementation partners, and internal teams to identify risks and create action plans.

A key part of the position is supporting retention, reducing churn risks, and helping customers realize measurable value.
