Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate. Enter client information in databases. Help pharmacists. Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products. Maintain prescription records . Clean and maintain equipment.

Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies. Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams. Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products. Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone and booking appointments. Organize and maintain inventory. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
