Portfolio Strategy Manager, Plant Nutrition

As a Portfolio Strategy Manager, Plant Nutrition, you will shape the strategic direction and commercial success of an agricultural product portfolio focused on plant nutrition. You will identify market opportunities, evaluate product investments, and develop long-term strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Working across marketing, commercial, regulatory, and technical teams, you will translate market intelligence and customer insights into actionable portfolio and go-to-market plans. You will also assess competitive positioning, guide product launches, and strengthen strategic partnerships throughout the agricultural value chain.

This role combines commercial leadership, financial analysis, and agricultural market expertise to deliver measurable business results. You will contribute to innovative agricultural solutions that improve crop performance while supporting more sustainable farming practices.
