Principal Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Principal Full Stack Engineer to shape the technical direction of a global SaaS platform serving millions of volunteers across multiple countries. In this senior individual contributor role, you will combine hands-on software development with architectural leadership to build scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems.

You will work across multiple product teams, solving complex engineering challenges and driving critical initiatives from technical discovery through delivery. With a strong focus on Laravel, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure, you will help evolve a modern platform toward event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and AI-augmented capabilities.

You will influence engineering standards, strengthen software quality, and mentor developers through collaboration and technical excellence.
