Principal Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager based in Canada.

The Principal Product Manager will lead product strategy for a key area of an enterprise SaaS platform, translating emerging market trends into impactful product innovations and measurable business results. You will define multi-quarter roadmaps, guide platform and API decisions, and help shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Working closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will ensure product decisions are grounded in customer insights, data, and business priorities. Beyond owning strategic initiatives, you will mentor product managers and strengthen the frameworks and practices that drive effective product development.

This role is ideal for an experienced product leader who combines commercial acumen with technical understanding and thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing environment. You will also explore how AI-powered search, knowledge graphs, and agentic technologies are transforming how enterprises manage their digital presence and connect with customers.
