Principal Specialist- Real Estate Contracts

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Specialist- Real Estate Contracts based in India.

This role provides expert support across real estate, facilities, and professional services contracts within a complex global organization. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, from initial review and drafting through negotiation, execution, renewals, and closeout.

The position combines commercial judgment, contract expertise, stakeholder management, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Legal, business stakeholders, procurement, and suppliers to ensure contracts are completed accurately and efficiently.

Your expertise will help strengthen supplier governance, manage contractual risks, and support high-value services and project delivery activities. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to influence contract processes and operational outcomes.
