In that team;

• Work within our cross functional agile teams to develop and maintain customer-facing and employee-facing applications of Private Pension,
• Have the opportunity to work in different business areas such as Private Pension sales, endorsement, plan/group management, contribution and payment, fund management, customer related operations and technology transformation projects,
• Collect, analyze and process requirements,
• Prepare detailed specification reports for software development team, test software applications, do maintenance on existing systems,
• Take role in preparation of automated tests,
• Solve problems and apply solutions for common usage,
• Monitoring and maintaining end-user experience,
• Assisting project coordination end-to-end,
• Continuously making progress to increase Software Development Life Cycle standards,
• Chase innovation and improvement about new technologies and methodologies.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst,
• Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end business analysis, experience design, and testing processes throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production.
• Strong algorithm design and process flow modeling skills, with a solid understanding of data types and data models,
• Knowledge and practical experience in system analysis, modeling, and documentation,
• Hands-on experience in software testing and test automation, including manual testing, test case design, and automated test script development, with experience using tools such as Selenium, Karate and Appium,
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis,
• Experience in analyzing and testing web service integrations,
• Experience working with Agile methodologies,
• Proven ability to effectively leverage AI tools in daily workflows.
