Pro A/V Sales Engineer - Kairos Platform

As a Pro A/V Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical specialist supporting the sales and delivery of advanced KAIROS live production solutions. You will work with customers across broadcast, sports venues, corporate environments, education, and houses of worship, guiding engagements from technical discovery and demonstrations through post-sales support.

The role combines professional video expertise with IP networking, software-based production, systems integration, and consultative selling. You will design complete production environments, lead proof-of-concept activities, and advise customers on technical solutions that meet their operational needs.

You will also provide training, commissioning, event support, and troubleshooting for mission-critical live productions. This is a highly collaborative role for a technical professional who enjoys customer interaction, continuous learning, and working at the forefront of IP-based video technology.
