Process Specialist (m/f)

IT House is looking for a Process Specialist for a direct placement with an end client in the Logistics and Transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively develop and further improve the company-wide IT Service Management (ITSM) system based on ITIL;
• Continuously improve ITSM processes and service quality using KPIs;
• Support and advise our business units in the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) environment;
• Ensure optimal support for ITSM processes through the ESM application;
• Train users on ITSM processes and the ESM application;
• Work closely with other process owners;
• Work independently and innovatively, with a strong focus on quality, as part of an open-minded team.

Ideal Profile

• Successfully completed studies in Economics, Business Informatics, or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification combined with experience in service management;
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes;
• Ideally, a certification in ITIL or another ITSM framework;
• Basic knowledge of IT applications, IT systems, and technologies;
• A hands-on mentality, combined with a convincing presence, strong communication skills, and a high degree of independence;
• Good written and spoken English.
