Job Opening: Procurement Specialist Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Employment Type: Full-Time Language Requirement: Mandarin + English
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process , from purchase requisition to purchase order and delivery.
- Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and service.
- Conduct RFQ/RFP processes , compare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders .
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, warranties, and delivery conditions .
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery.
