Overall Assessment The candidate should possess strong experience in credit product development, portfolio management, and business strategy within the banking or financial services industry. The role requires the ability to design, launch, and optimize credit products while balancing profitability, risk, compliance, and customer needs.

Key Strengths Required

• Strong knowledge of credit product development and management.
• Experience in product pricing, financial modeling, and business case preparation.
• Ability to analyze portfolio performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Experience coordinating with Risk, Operations, IT, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and core banking systems.
• Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Leadership and project management capabilities.
