Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a product engineering team building autonomous software for the construction industry. You will take product ideas from initial hypothesis through production deployment, shaping tools that streamline complex operational workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, build, and ship autonomous or semi-autonomous agents that solve real-world customer problems.
• Own product initiatives end to end, including agent logic, backend and frontend development, deployment, and iteration with customers.
• Develop procurement workflows that support material orders from site requests through invoice processing.
• Build tools that provide construction companies with visibility into active contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve the product and take ownership of turning them into working solutions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of engineering experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up, with products shipped and owned end to end.
• Experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and taking software from zero to production.
• Strong production experience with TypeScript, plus proficiency with NestJS and React.
• Experience owning initiatives across backend, frontend, and customer feedback and validation.
• Full spoken and written proficiency in German and English.
• Experience with GCP, Hasura or GraphQL APIs, and Flutter is useful.
• Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is beneficial.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €80,000 to €120,000 annually. Equity options are offered. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Munich, Germany. Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
