Product Expert

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Expert based in Canada.

Join a remote-first, international team building tools that help mobile app developers manage subscriptions and grow their businesses. As a Product Expert, you will be a key point of contact for prospective customers, helping them understand product capabilities and identify the best path forward.

Working at the intersection of product education, inbound sales, and technical guidance, you will turn questions into practical solutions through discovery conversations, demonstrations, and thoughtful follow-up. You will collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, Support, and other teams to ensure customers receive the right guidance at the right time.

This is an opportunity to apply hands-on product knowledge, build customer-facing skills, and contribute to a growing function. You will also help shape processes, resources, and best practices in a flexible, remote environment.
